How to buy from Agro Morocco
You buy directly at origin, with Agadir as the base of our operation. The minimum order is one pallet. Each pallet holds a single product, but on the same truck you can combine pallets of different products from our offer.
We consolidate on a shared truck (groupage) from one pallet, or on a full truck when the volume justifies it. For deliveries to your warehouse we use DAP; at origin we work FCA on request.
To plan your order, tell us the product, the delivery weeks and the destination market. We confirm availability, entry price and loading date.
Documents and import requirements
Each shipment leaves with the documentation required for entry into the European Union for this type of product:
- Phytosanitary certificate issued by ONSSA, the Moroccan health authority.
- EUR.1 proof of origin where the EU–Morocco agreement preference applies.
- Transport document and batch traceability data.
Marketing standards for each product (size, class, labelling) and pesticide residue limits apply at entry. Always consult your customs broker or our team before closing a programme.
Quality control before loading
Before loading, we run quality control on the condition, size and uniformity of each batch of clementines, mandarins and oranges. The reference transport temperature is 4–8 °C depending on product. You can request the shipment control report.
