Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order?
One pallet of one product. The truck combines pallets of different products, so you do not need a full truck.
Which incoterms do you work with?
Usually delivered to your market (DAP) so you get one landed price per pallet. FCA at our loading points is possible for buyers with their own transport.
How do you keep quality consistent across growers?
We pack to one specification per product, our inspectors check every pallet at loading and you receive photos before the truck leaves.
Can I mix products from different regions?
Yes. The truck collects along the road north, for example citrus in Berkane or berries in Larache, and everything travels on one invoice.
Who handles customs and phytosanitary papers?
We prepare the export side in Morocco, including the phytosanitary certificate. EU import clearance can be arranged through our customs partner at the border.
How do payments work?
New customers usually pay before loading; repeat customers move to agreed terms. Every truck is a single invoice.
Wholesalers
What is the minimum order for a wholesaler?
One pallet per product on the shared truck.
How fast does the fruit reach the central market?
Indicative transit of 2–5 days, depending on the destination.
How often do trucks leave?
Weekly departures, and up to daily depending on demand.
Retail chains
Can you fix a price for a whole season?
Yes, for agreed programmes. We set it with the volume and the season.
Do you work with retail specifications?
Yes: calibre, packing and labelling as your specification requires.
Do you offer full trucks?
Yes, a 33-pallet reefer for regular volumes.
Food service
Can I order several products at once?
Yes, across products on the same truck. Each product travels on its own pallet.
How do I know what is in season?
Our season calendar shows the products available each month.
Is there a minimum?
One pallet per product.
Industry
Which volumes do you handle?
From a full truck (33 pallets) up to several trucks over a season.
Can you meet a specific calibre?
Yes. We check calibre and packing against your specification before loading.
Do you handle the logistics?
Yes, from Agadir to your plant.
Importers and traders
Do you ship by sea?
Yes, in mixed reefer containers of up to 23–24 pallets in a 40’ HC.
Which incoterms do you use?
FCA or EXW for trucks. CIF or DAP quoted for containers.
Can I mix products on a full truck?
Yes, if they share a temperature window.
Private label
Can you pack under my brand?
Yes, following the packing and labelling you approve.
Do you do quality control for third parties?
Yes: inspection at origin with a report.
Is there a minimum volume?
It depends on the programme. We agree it with you.
